Describe your job in three words

Diverse, creative and a lot of planning!

What brought you to Repasdo?

During research for my master's dissertation, I randomly found Repasdo on LinkedIn. Once I had graduated and moved back home, I remembered seeing this tech start-up in Innlandet focusing on sustainability and fashion. As I had moved away from Norway to pursue a degree in fashion and business, my curiosity was piqued when I found a company operating in the market I had studied, just 35 minutes away from home. I messaged Sara on LinkedIn, and a few months later I started to work for Repasdo.

What's the best part of working in a tech startup?

There are a lot of different tasks, and my weeks never look the same. I am responsible for social media, communication, testing the platform with data and onboarding customers, as well as ad hoc tasks that pop up throughout the week. With that much variation in tasks, I get to learn new things that I hadn't even thought of previously and get to know new people. Also, as a small team, we have a low threshold for asking each other for help and assistance.

How do you define our values? What aspect of our values resonates with you the most, and why?

I am passionate about environmental sustainability and want to play a small role in helping the fashion industry transition to a business model that is better for both people and the planet while sustaining financial viability. I resonate with our values of taking a holistic approach to sustainability and fairness and making technology accessible and smart!

What's your favourite app or tool that you can't live without?

As a big Social Media user, I could not live without Instagram! But I am starting to get tired of the algorithm, so these days, I spend most of my time on TikTok.

What's one thing you can't start your workday without?

I am desperate for a black coffee as soon as I arrive at the office and a good tune to set the mood for the workday.
