Digital Product Passports for a catalog you didn't manufacture.
You didn't make most of what you sell. But you still need the product data behind it. Repass brings information together from the suppliers and systems you already work with, across thousands of products, without starting a manual collection round from scratch every season.
- Wholesale, professional supply, retail chains and e-commerce
- Private-label products and/or branded goods
- Public-sector or corporate tenders where product documentation matters
- Hundreds of suppliers, each with different systems, formats and data quality
How adoption works
Four stages, with a clear role for your team at each step. We work with your existing systems and data. No custom build. No developers on standby.
See what product data you already have, what's missing, and which suppliers hold it.
Share a data export and set aside an hour with us.
Build real Digital Product Passports for one or more product ranges, end to end, with help from our team.
Choose the product range and help us access the relevant data.
Connect the systems that feed your product records, reducing manual data entry and duplication.
Introduce us to the people responsible for your relevant systems.
Roll out across the rest of your catalog, building on what you've learned from the first range.
Expand range by range. Each rollout gets easier.

Sustainability Lead
We work with importers, wholesalers and brand owners, each with their own products, systems and data requirements. The best solution depends on the details of your catalog. Bring us your catalog, and we’ll walk you through how Repass could work for a project like yours.
The tools behind your passports
Supplier data collection
Send structured, repeatable requests to suppliers, including those outside the EU.
Data sharing
Share product data in the format your partners or buyers need, without manually rebuilding spreadsheets.
Bulk handling
Manage thousands of items, not just a flagship range.
Workflow automation
Set up recurring data feeds and automate routine tasks, reducing manual work once workflows are configured. Workflows can be configured without writing any code.
Questions we get from distributors
Private label: does the obligation sit with us or with the producer?
What happens with a supplier who will not send data?
Can we answer a tender with this before the regulation applies?
How does this work across thousands of items we did not make?
Our categories have no deadline yet. Why act now?
Where the regulation sits
The EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) introduces Digital Product Passports one product group at a time. The EU DPP Registry became operational on 20 July 2026, but the requirements that apply to each product category are still being developed.
